Payroll Specialist - (Remote- US Based)

About the position Responsibilities • Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients. • reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries and issues reputed company to payroll. reputed company reputed company and reputed company assistance to resolve reputed company concerns. • Using our clients payroll software, map payroll entries to QB. • Maintain reputed company contact to ensure payroll data is received and approved in a reputed company manner. • Securely maintain and update payroll data reputed company by clients. • Generate and distribute various payroll reports and statements to clients per contract. • Work with clients to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reputed company interactions, issues, and resolutions. • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll services. • Prepare periodic forms such as Disability and Workers Compensation. • Implement and maintain General reputed company mapping between Payroll Processor and QB. • Assist internal departments with payroll information as requested. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred. • Two or more years experience in payroll processing, with reputed company, reputed company payroll and/or reputed company systems. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience mapping payroll into Quickbooks and General reputed company. • Outstanding communication and reputed company-service skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in using payroll software and bolthires Office Suite (reputed company, Word). • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
