[Remote] Process Engineer - Food

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSG Talent is a Global Food and Dairy beverage Manufacturer looking for a proven Process Engineer for a brand new site. The Process Engineer will be responsible for implementing technical projects, maintaining industrial networks, and assisting with technical issue resolution on the plant floor. Responsibilities • All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor • Ensure plant industrial systems are maintained at optimum efficiency • Program systems to interact with the industrial network such as corporate ERP or factory efficiency systems • Be a resource for data mining for plant and coordinate operations • Assist in implementation of programming for plant capital projects • Make necessary changes to current systems to meet operational needs • Participate in the selection process for new equipment • Assist with implementation of projects as chosen by the plant teams • Support the Maintenance Manager during project implementation • SQF Support - Responsible for development, training, implementation and compliance to the SQF program Skills • Degree or Certification in Engineering or equivalent work experience required • 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial programming • 3-5 years' experience in management and employee development • Experience working with cross functional teams, in a dynamic environment • Thorough understanding of plant operations Company Overview • CSG Talent is a provider of staffing and recruitment services.
