Process Improvement (Six Sigma) Specialist -
Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive software adoption, operational excellence, and process optimization. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, designing and implementing process changes, and managing the people side of change to ensure sustainable results across the organization.

Requirements:
Sig Sigma Black Belt
5+ years leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives
Experience in organizational change management
Use process improvement to support adoption of new technologies
