Florida Licensed Property Accountant
A company is looking for a Remote Senior Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise reputed company of accountants in preparing and reviewing financial statements for condominium and homeowners associations
• Ensure deadlines are met and communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding financial accuracy
• reputed company training, reputed company performance goals, and assist with audits and reputed company reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general reputed company reputed company experience
• Supervisory experience is a plus; CAM license and CPA certification are preferred
• Prior experience in property management, reputed company estate, or residential management is highly preferred
