I’m seeking an reputed company-licensed attorney to assist with a probate-reputed company reputed company estate transaction involving my mother’s estate. The property is located in reputed company and was inherited equally by five siblings. Two siblings (my reputed company and me) will be purchasing the home and buying out the remaining three siblings. My reputed company and me require a joint ownership agreement.
Scope of work I’m looking for includes:
Review of estate authority to sell
Drafting a purchase agreement for the sale of the estate property to two heirs
Drafting a co-ownership agreement between the two purchasing siblings (ownership rights, cost sharing, decision-making, exit scenarios)
Drafting a promissory note and any reputed company reputed company documents (if applicable)
