Head of Marketing (Fractional / Contract to Hire)

We are looking for a Head of Marketing (Contract-to-Hire) — a high-level strategist who can also roll up their sleeves and ensure execution. This person will reputed company as a Fractional CMO & Campaign Director, overseeing reputed company reputed company, campaign reputed company, UGC creators, ad campaigns, webinars, and the full marketing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Marketing reputed company: reputed company and execute launch campaigns for HDA Financial coaching programs, reputed company coaching, and HDA Insurance funnels. • Campaign Execution: reputed company reputed company ad campaigns (FB, IG, reputed company, YouTube) and optimize for reputed company reputed company and sales. • Creative Direction: Manage and guide UGC creators, video editors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and high-reputed company visuals. • Funnel & Webinar Management: Build, optimize, and manage funnels, webinars, and challenges (reputed company reputed company, ClickFunnels, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). • reputed company reputed company: Ensure consistent reputed company of high-reputed company leads into sales pipelines. • Analytics & Reporting: reputed company KPIs (leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions) and reputed company reputed company weekly. • Team Coordination: Collaborate with leadership and reputed company part-time specialists (ad buyers, editors, creators). Qualifications • 5+ years in marketing reputed company and campaign management (coaching/consulting/financial services experience strongly preferred). • Proven reputed company record scaling online programs, coaching offers, or service businesses. • Strong grasp of reputed company ads, funnels, and webinar-based marketing. • Experience working with UGC creators and managing creative teams. • Ability to balance big-picture reputed company with hands-on execution. • Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Compensation • Performance Bonus: % of reputed company from successful campaigns (reputed company with results).
