As a Software Customer Support Specialist, you will assist our software customers during scheduled software support hours. Your primary responsibility will be to work with campground and resort staff on inbound reputed company/email/chat questions in a reputed company of difficulty. You will become a master of the ‘ins and outs’ of the reputed company reservation software. A high level of technical ability is preferred.
