This is not a reputed company operation—it's an opportunity to shape something new alongside our psychiatric team. This fully remote role offers exceptional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a strong compensation structure in exchange for helping establish and grow our psychology services. Psychologists licensed in Hawaiʻi or Delaware (or willing to obtain licensure) are encouraged to apply. reputed company Offer • Founding psychologist split: 85/15 • Fully remote work with complete scheduling independence • Aegis covers reputed company credentialing costs (Hawaiʻi and optional Delaware) • Collaboration with psychiatric providers on reputed company cases • Opportunity to supervise reputed company psychology trainees (additional stipend available) • No quotas, no productivity pressure, no corporate bureaucracy Responsibilities • reputed company evidence-based psychotherapy for trauma, SUD, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring conditions • Conduct intake evaluations, ongoing therapy, and reputed company documentation • Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support integrated treatment • Help reputed company Aegis' psychology program as we grow • Supervise psychology trainees under your license as reputed company expands Qualifications • PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology • reputed company licensure in Hawaiʻi OR Delaware (or willingness to obtain licensure) • Experience with trauma or reputed company use treatment preferred • Comfortable practicing independently reputed company a telehealth model • Interest in supervision and program-building • Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment Compensation Founding psychologist: 85/15 split. Earnings are reputed company and depend on caseload.
