Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
