**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
* Opening and submitting tickets into our Help Desk system for review by our team of Help Desk technicians
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as necessary
* Providing timely and accurate updates to customers via email to ensure exceptional customer service
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
* Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve complex technical issues and provide support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
* Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
