Job Description:Agile Coach+RTEWe are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach who is enthusiastic to play a critical role in transforming and sustaining our Large Initiative of Scaled Agile Transformation. As a seasoned SPC and agile Framework specialist you will be partnering with the LACE, Sr. Agile Coaches & Practitioners to coach, mentor, show the way, and provide advisory related to Agile Practices to enable accelerated business value realization.YOUR POWER PLAY ROLE Reporting to the Global Agile Practice Director (COE & Practice), you will be empowered to: Showcase and enhance your agile coach competencies of coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation for fostering learning & adaptive culture Contributing to the Organization’s Agile Transformation Vision, Roadmap, Strategy and Execution based on SAFe or other scaling frameworksProactively analyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing agile organizational practices and patterns at the Portfolio, Program, and team level, identify ways to improve Organization’s agile maturityDevelop and update orientation and training content to enhance agile practices and mindsetMaintain best practices, tools, templates, and other content to support agile implementation and communities of practiceShare best practices and insights for across the organization to remove impediments to the implementation of AgileDevelopment and execution support of Agile transformation strategies within different Portfolio and/or Programs.Providing upskilling recommendations for RTEs, Scrum Masters, POPM and other relevant agile roles based on the suitable methods, practices, and agile frameworks.Knowledge and Skills SAFe Strategist & executor - Experience in executing SAFe transformations, PI Plannings, ART Sync, Mentoring People and fostering learning & experimentation cultureFacilitation of I&A, Lean Portfolio Canvas workshop, VSM Mapping, Problem-solving and backlog designing workshops to identify potential solutions to opportunities and problems identified at the Portfolio and Program level. Passionate problem solver and negotiator who succeeds in ambiguous situations Discipline expert in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD/XP, BDD and scaling these practices.Work requires seasoned knowledge and a command of Agile methods and practical implementation of these practices. Should have “Roll-up your sleeves attitude” and should be able to show hand-on way of implementing practices at different levelsAgile methodology training & Certifications – Agile Coach Certification from Industry recognized bodies (e.g.,Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, Kanban University, PMI etc.), SPC certification is a mustStrong communication skills with experience in delivering programs, training, workshops that influence Strategic Thinker: strong strategic and critical thinker with ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative solutions Tool Expert in ALM tools like Rally, JIRA and JIRA Align with hands-on experience in setting up the tool for portfolio, program and team needs. Work Experience Certified SPC with 15+ years of overall experience in being part of or managing large programs and/or Product lifecycle 7+ years of related experience being an Agile Coach for large scale agile transformations3+years of related experience being a Program Level coach3+ years of related experience being an Agile trainer with experience in running SAFe certification classes5+ years of experience at team level coach Experience and understanding of Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, SRE, Change management practices etc.Experience and Coaching using HSD, Clean Language, Spiral Dynamics, Systemic coaching Agenda Shift, etc. for people transformationExperience in APM Tools like Jira, Jira Align, Rally, Confluence etc. and facilitation tools like Miro, Mural etc. is mustExperience coaching in distributed Agile delivery environments and facilitate remote workshopsSAFe SPC 6.0 certification is a must.Certification from ICAgile, PMI, ScrumAlliance on Agile Coaching will be preferred Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
