Quality Assurance Specialist / Software Tester EZ-AD is the #1 digital signage player on Amazon, and we're looking for a detail obsessed QA Specialist who genuinely loves breaking things. If you get a thrill from finding that one bug nobody else noticed, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Put our software through its paces, clicking every button, testing every flow, and trying to break the UI in creative ways • Test APIs to make sure everything works as expected under different conditions • Run tests across multiple devices including iPhones, Android phones, and smart TVs like Samsung and LG • Use Chrome DevTools and the inspector console to dig into issues and understand what's happening under the hood • Document your findings clearly and thoroughly, complete with screenshots so our developers know exactly what's going on • Collaborate with the dev team to reproduce bugs and verify fixes What We're Looking For • Someone who genuinely enjoys testing software and takes pride in catching the small stuff • A natural curiosity that drives you to poke around, take things apart, and figure out how they work • Solid understanding of basic development concepts like APIs, UI, UX, and how web applications function • Access to multiple testing devices (iPhone, Android phone, and ideally a smart TV) • Experience using browser developer tools, especially Chrome's inspector console • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to write clear, actionable bug reports • A track record that shows you're good at this, whether through previous QA roles or projects you can share • Strong attention to detail and an almost obsessive need to make sure things work correctly Nice to Have • Experience testing digital signage applications or media players • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms • Basic understanding of how to read code or API responses • Experience with automated testing tools Why You'll Love Working Here • 100% remote, work from wherever you're most productive • Join a growing company that's already leading its category on Amazon • Work with a team that values quality and actually listens to QA feedback • Competitive compensation (with option for payment in USD) Ready to Join Us?
