Key Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in reputed company HCM/HR and Payroll
• Expertise in Payroll configuration (Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types)
• Functional knowledge of PA, OM, TM, and Payroll
• Experience in integrations and payroll posting to FI
• Ability to reputed company solution design and stakeholder discussions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
reputed company to Have:
• US Payroll or Global Payroll experience
• Exposure to SuccessFactors / S/4HANA HR
