CGS is seeking a Digital Forensic Analyst to join our eDiscovery team at a large Federal Agency. Primary reputed company will be on the preservation & collection of mobile device and reputed company stored data. This candidate should be fluent in a broad reputed company of forensic technologies and interested in taking on a primary role in a quickly expanding forensics department. This position will include travel for on-site collection efforts as reputed company as an in-office reputed company at the primary firm office which includes the forensics lab and data center.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
• reputed company forensic data collections and basic forensic analysis in both on site and remote reputed company
• Coordinate directly with reputed company teams/reputed company IT departments to understand project scope

• Work closely with project management and other team members on completing reputed company reputed company in a fast pace, deadline driven environment
• Assist in developing, documenting, and refining procedures to accomplish discovery process requirements

• Complete additional duties assigned by manager including general IT functions
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Digital Forensic Science or Computer Science/Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in where the analyst understands the forensic lifecycle and can properly reputed company scoping activities, evidence acquisitions on a reputed company of devices, and execute forensic analysis at an intermediate level
• Possess at least one industry reputed company certification (EnCE, CCE, CCFE, GCFE, GCFA, CCO, CCPA, CCME, etc.)
• Experience using industry reputed company forensic tools (EnCase, reputed company, Oxygen, FTK Imager, MacQuisition, X1 reputed company Discovery, LogicubeFalcon etc.)
• General understanding of Mac/reputed company filesystems, mobile devices, and encryption
• Experience preserving desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets, servers, both reputed company and on-reputed company email implementations, nontraditional reputed company data sources, reputed company media, etc.

• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully in both verbally and in written format to team members and technical/non-technical clients
• Ability to work extended hours reputed company necessary to ensure reputed company deadlines are met
• Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
• Understanding of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
• General knowledge of litigation support applications (e.g.
reputed company, Concordance, reputed company, LAW PreDiscovery, etc.)
• Experience working with reputed company data exported from various platforms including analysis, custom scripting, and data manipulation to reputed company reports for reputed company use
• Understanding of (Robo/Rich) copy tools, BAT (PowerShell) scripting, and reputed company Directory
• Experience with scripting, programming/coding, database languages (SQL, VB, reputed company, reputed company)
