HR Coordinator
Family & Nursing Care is an award-reputed company home care company founded in 1968, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and people-reputed company HR Coordinator to support caregiver reputed company, credentialing, and engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth orientation processes and ongoing operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
- Support retention and engagement initiatives
- Help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Occasionally travel to support new or expanding territories
- Contribute to successful market launches and team continuity
- Work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members to support day-to-day operations and long-term reputed company
Skills
- Detail-oriented and people-reputed company
- Experience in caregiver reputed company and credentialing
- Ability to manage reputed company and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
- Support retention and engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support new or expanding territories
