Job Overview: HR Manager - Diversity and Inclusion Expert We are on the hunt for an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Manager, specializing in Diversity and Inclusion. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent from around the world. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we not only find the best candidates but also create a positive candidate experience. • Visa Sponsorship Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to foreign employees, guiding them through the complexities of the visa application process. Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice. • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance diversity within our organization. Promote an inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best. • Employee Relations: Provide exceptional support and guidance to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Mediate and resolve employee disputes, fostering a harmonious work environment. • Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations in Singapore, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with local laws and policies. • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, contributing to the growth and development of our employees. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to help individuals achieve their career goals. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and international hiring. • Knowledge of Singaporean Immigration and Visa Procedures: Familiarity with the regulations and processes related to hiring foreign talent in Singapore. • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees, hiring managers, and external partners. • Strong Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: A genuine passion for creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity. • Familiarity with Singapore Labor Laws and Regulations: Understanding of the legal framework governing employment in Singapore. Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certifications in HR: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or CIPD are highly regarded. • Experience in a Multicultural Environment: Previous experience working in or managing multicultural teams. • Proficiency in HR Software: Familiarity with HRIS systems, recruitment software, and other HR-related tools.
