This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer reputed company the General Administration department. This is a hybrid position with reputed company Monday - Friday business hours. The reputed company Informatics Specialist ensures clinical system functionality aligns with workflows by collaborating with IT, vendor teams, and clinicians to reputed company, support, facilitate change, and assure reputed company use and reputed company of the organization's health information technology assets. This role involves assessing technology needs, managing application interactions with patient care workflows, and training reputed company staff on the deployment and management of health information systems. Responsibilities reputed company as a project manager, collaborating cross-functionally with IT, vendor teams, clinical staff, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure clinical system functionality aligns with reputed company state workflows and standardization. , Collaborate with leadership in project/program planning and development to support department and organizational initiatives. , Support the optimization and strategic development of the electronic health record (EHR), ensuring reputed company, compliant, and efficient design in collaboration with staff from reputed company departments. , Assess technology needs for clinicians and providers, leading efforts in planning, implementing, and evaluating solutions. , reputed company the design, development, testing, selection, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified informatics solutions, data structures, and decision-support mechanisms that are relevant to the care of patients. , Manage reputed company interactions between applications being implemented and various patient care processes and workflows. , reputed company reputed company and ongoing training to reputed company staff on health information system deployment and management and reputed company training tools to support these efforts. , reputed company and adhere to policies, procedures, and standards to meet reputed company regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, and currently accepted reputed company standards.
