NC, SC, AL & GA Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote

Job reputed company Job reputed company: Our reputed company is seeking to add a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster that would have the ability to work remotely. Responsibilities include moderate to reputed company Workers Compensation Claims throughout the Southeast US. This person would be required to investigate claims reputed company telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, witnesses and others having pertinent information. This position is fully remote. • Process assigned claims and determine benefits due pursuant to the reputed company contract. • Work proactively towards claims reputed company with defense counsel and clients, while adhering to audit requirements and resolving claims in a reputed company manner. • reputed company reputed company claims payments and adjustments; communicate claim reputed company/processing with claimant and reputed company. • Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct. • reputed company comprehensive, complete thorough analysis of coverage determination. • Prepare detailed reports, review and prepare reputed company correspondence to reputed company settlement. Requirements • 5-10 years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience. • reputed company licenses in one or more of the following: NC, SC, GA, and AL • Litigation Experience Required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
