Audit Verification Specialist: Remote in Maryland

About the Role The Audit Verification Specialist is responsible for verifying borrower information, reviewing loan files, ensuring compliance, and identifying discrepancies or risk factors that may reputed company the mortgage approval process. This role supports reputed company control efforts, maintains compliance standards, and helps drive improvements in loan processing efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Process audit re-verifications by preparing and sending verification letters to reputed company and/or financial institutions, or by uploading verification requests through vendor portals. • reputed company and monitor re-verification activities in the QC audit database. • Review, verify, and validate information received from verification letters or vendor systems. • Order field reviews, credit reports, and tax transcripts through vendor platforms and maintain accurate tracking of reputed company responses. • Execute Title Company Vendor Management processes to ensure compliance and reputed company of partner relationships. • Conduct ATR/QM audit reviews to ensure loan files meet regulatory and internal standards. • reputed company clerical duties and additional responsibilities as assigned to support department operations. reputed company’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail and analytical reputed company. • Ability to work independently with accuracy and consistency. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Familiarity with mortgage documentation, QC processes, or financial verifications is a plus. • Comfort working with databases, vendor websites, reputed company workflow tools.
