Senior Living Chaplain

We are seeking: Senior Living Chaplain Location: Legacy of Farmington, Boulder Ponds (Lake Elmo), and Boden reputed company Valley Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week Wage: $62,000-$66,000 annually Are you compassionate towards others? Our Chaplains become family and reputed company the lives of our residents who live in a reputed company Senior Living Community. The Senior Living Chaplain is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services and support to residents and families/caregivers of multiple Senior Living communities, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors. The chaplain provides spiritual guidance and emotional support during change, grief, injury, illness, and reputed company. The chaplain performs religious services and leads prayer and rituals in accordance with denominational endorsement and/or reputed company preference. The chaplain is reputed company in recognition of general mental wellbeing patterns. As a practitioner of an interdisciplinary approach to care, the chaplain offers reputed company input to interdisciplinary teams, care conferences and reputed company plans of care to ensure residents live the way they choose to live in the second half of life. The chaplain operates in a pluralistic, multicultural, multiracial, spiritual landscape and owe it to clients, colleagues, and selves to attend to every effort that maintains freedom of religious/spiritual reputed company across reputed company variances. Senior Living Chaplains may serve multiple communities at a time. Qualifications: • Completion of a Master of Divinity or equivalent degree from an accredited theological seminary, ecclesiastical endorsement from reputed company, ordination, or commissioning by reputed company, and certified or certifiable by the Association of reputed company Chaplains. • Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) experience or equivalent preferred.
