Your mission when joining the team at Einride will be to optimize the utilization of our fleet by meticulously taking into account factors like charging times, ranges, and available charging infrastructure during all route planning. Responsibilities • Manage the independent dispatching and resource planning for our electric truck fleet, which handles both local and regional transport. The responsibilities for this position include: • Close communication with various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, workshops, and charging partners, to ensure smooth operations. • Monitoring vehicle availability and utilization, with a strong focus on technical requirements such as charging cycles and maintenance intervals. • Documentation, analysis, and optimization of processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency and sustainability within the logistics framework. • Providing support in the ongoing development and improvement of our digital tools specifically tailored for e-logistics. We Expect You To Have knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics services, or a similar field. Ideally you'll bring several years of professional experience as a dispatcher, preferably within local transport or e-mobility operations in the D.A.CH. region. Key Qualifications And Attributes Include • A very good understanding of freight portals such as Timo Com, Transporeon, and others. • Experience in using Transport Management Systems (TMS). • Good organizational skills and a basic technical understanding. • Strong communication skills in both German and English. • Preferable knowledge of the specifics of electric mobility (e.g., charging times, range, charging infrastructure) is considered an advantage. This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Germany.
