Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Saudi Arabia, providing support in both Arabic and English via phone, chat, and email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring effective communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems
- Utilize various tools and resources to research and review solutions, ensuring effective communication with customers
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures

Working Hours and Schedule
This role requires working variable hours to match our customer demand. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules based on various shift patterns within our operating hours of 8 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. You will receive your work schedule at least 1-2 weeks in advance, and your shifts may change every 1-4 weeks. You may be required to work on national holidays, and you will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Be a Saudi national
- Minimum qualification of a high school degree - Passed
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center/ BPO experience in Voice Support is a plus
