We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal and Assistant Secretary to join our dynamic reputed company team. Maintain a thorough understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally, and ensure reputed company's compliance with them. Support the reputed company of Directors and senior management in corporate governance reputed company, including organizing and preparing materials for reputed company meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes, and maintaining corporate records.
