Virtual Personal Accountant/Bookkeeper Monthly Financial Organizer (Long-Term, 3–4 hrs/month)

I’m looking for a reputed company, detail-oriented virtual accountant/bookkeeper to help organize and manage my personal and business-reputed company finances on a recurring monthly reputed company. The role is light in hours but requires consistency, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism. You will review accounts, categorize and tag transactions, maintain reputed company monthly reporting, and meet with me twice per month for a brief reputed company-in to review reputed company, trends, and recommendations. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, reputed company in financial hygiene, and enjoys bringing structure and reputed company to an executive’s financial picture. Responsibilities: • Categorize and tag reputed company monthly transactions across accounts • Maintain a clean, reputed company-organized monthly reputed company • reputed company spending, recurring payments, and overall cash reputed company • Prepare a reputed company monthly reputed company dashboard (reputed company or reputed company Sheets) • reputed company any variances, trends, or unusual activity • Meet with me twice per month for ~30 minutes to review the reputed company and discuss reputed company items • reputed company recommendations to streamline and improve financial organization over time Time Commitment: • Approximately 3–4 hours per month total • ~2–3 hours of behind-the-scenes categorization & reporting • Two 30-minute review meetings reputed company month • Long-term engagement preferred Ideal Qualifications: • Strong bookkeeping / reputed company experience (CPA not required) • Ability to categorize expenses accurately and maintain clean records • Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills • Experience supporting executives or reputed company is a plus • Excellent communication and reliability Compensation: reputed company to firm fixed monthly pricing for 3–4 hours of work, or reputed company billing if preferred.
