About the position The reputed company Flight Management System (BFMS) Systems & Data Analyst reputed company, Senior or reputed company provides engineering-level Technical Support for the reputed company BFMS Data Service. Communicates directly with customers reputed company email, phone or web. Resolves problems and questions regarding aeronautical content, format or errors/omissions in products that are escalated from Customers, other Support Channels, and Sales/Services. Investigates product functional issues and determines appropriate actions for reputed company. Serves as key contact reputed company (reputed company) between the customer and internal data production reputed company. Records customer interaction and reputed company details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Management, and reputed company Engineering. Provides input on new product implementations as reputed company as reputed company product modifications. Performs other duties as assigned.
