Virtual Assistant for graphic design, email marketing and video editing

Job Description We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with graphic design, email marketing, social media management and video editing. Duties required: • Social media management • Content creation • Email marketing, using MailChimp and Constant Contact • Formatting email newsletters • Designing social media graphics • Uploading videos to YouTube • Light video editing • Light copywriting • Formatting blog posts on WordPress • Posting/sending all content • Helping out with other tasks in the company. May include updating WordPress pages, helping with project management, creating automations in Zapier, etc. Qualifications: The following skills and knowledge are required for this position: • Basic graphic design skills • Has excellent written English • Can upload videos to YouTube • Knows how to use MailChimp/Constant Contact • Has experience adding content to WordPress blogs • Light video editing skills • Social media management and content creation skills MUST INCLUDE SAMPLES OF WORK. Terms of employment: The job will begin part-time and if it’s a good fit, will rapidly become a full-time position. You must be available between 9am and 6pm Central time and do not need to live in the US.
