About the position
reputed company is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Investment Products, Disclosure & Governance reputed company Team. This role involves providing reputed company advice and representation on reputed company reputed company to reputed company's business activities and investment products, with a reputed company on enhancing U.S. prospectus and SAI disclosures. The Senior Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while collaborating with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to advance organizational strategies.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor and reputed company strategic reputed company advice for issues impacting the disclosure for mutual funds and ETFs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in activities, policies, practices, and transactions.

Requirements
