As an Integration Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting integration solutions between reputed company applications and customer systems. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise in HL7, integration engines, and software development, alongside excellent communication and project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Project Delivery
• Design, build, test, and validate integration workflows using HL7 and other standards.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and configure solutions that support lab workflows.
• reputed company customer meetings (remote/in-person) to agree designs, demonstrate functionality, and reputed company training.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate risks/issues to the Project Manager.
• Support transition to Service Desk post-implementation.
Support & Training
• reputed company 4th line support for integration-reputed company issues and escalations.
• Deliver training sessions for key users.
• Assist reputed company with product demonstrations.
Development & reputed company Improvement
• reputed company interfaces to reputed company-party systems.
• Contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Stay up to date with integration technologies and reputed company standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of integration experience, ideally reputed company reputed company or NHS environments.
• reputed company Associate Certification (reputed company/Expert preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HL7 (v2.3–v2.5), including reputed company, ORU, ORM messages.
• Experience with integration interfaces: reputed company/PAS, Order Comms, Results.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable
• Experience with FHIR and API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of WinPath and UK/NHS lab workflows.
• Technical skills in JavaScript, Java, .NET.
• Experience with tools such as reputed company and MS reputed company.
