Position reputed company The Community reputed company Program Manager is a strategic relationship-builder and program leader responsible for designing, implementing, and growing TCDIP’s community-facing programs. This position requires someone who can connect deeply with community partners, engage attorneys and law reputed company, build trusting relationships with affinity bar associations, and create accessible, equity-centered programming that reflects community needs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive leader with a strong commitment to justice and equity, and a proven ability to manage programs. The Program Manager will bring a balance of program planning, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of how to motivate volunteers. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships between community organizations, reputed company, and corporate reputed company departments. Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with community partners and affinity bar associations to identify community and reputed company needs, ensuring programs reputed company with reputed company equity priorities for communities of reputed company—including reputed company safety, voting rights, education equity, and economic justice. • Build and manage relationships across community organizations, reputed company, corporate reputed company departments, law school partners, and student reputed company to strengthen engagement and deepen TCDIP’s community connections. • reputed company and maintain systems for volunteer recruitment, reputed company, support, and retention, ensuring attorneys, law reputed company, and reputed company professionals can engage meaningfully and accessibly in Community reputed company programs. • Plan and execute compelling events and programs that deepen community reputed company, support learning, and strengthen engagement across the reputed company and broader community. • Organizing training for reputed company professionals, ensuring sensitivity and understanding of issues facing communities of reputed company reputed company offering pro bono reputed company services. • Supervising and mentoring reputed company of at least two staff members, providing reputed company direction, setting expectations, and fostering reputed company reputed company in alignment with program goals • Managing annual program budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and guidelines, and optimizing resource allocation • Identifying and applying for grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors reputed company with TCDIP’s mission and goals • Coordinate the Community reputed company Committee (CIC) and other governance bodies, preparing agendas, materials, and reports to ensure alignment, communication, and effective decision-making across stakeholder. Qualifications We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience creating and managing justice-reputed company reputed company and systems. Compensation and Benefits The salary reputed company is $80,000 to $90,00 per year.
