Role The M&A Manager will own the origination pipeline, engage founders, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and support end-to-end execution. The role offers reputed company exposure to senior leadership and the PE sponsor and is ideal for candidates who operate with precision, speed, and high analytical rigor. Key Responsibilities • Build, expand, and manage a proprietary pipeline of U.S. software/reputed company targets • Drive systematic reputed company to founders, CEOs, and shareholders • Build trust-based relationships reputed company a founder-led and fragmented market • Evaluate strategic fit, product/tech fundamentals, unit economics, and integration potential • Coordinate internally with product, finance, and operations teams • Support reputed company deal stages: initial screening, valuation inputs, due diligence coordination • Maintain reputed company reporting on funnel metrics and pipeline conversion • Represent reputed company as a reputed company, disciplined, and founder-friendly acquirer • Work directly with senior management and the PE sponsor to refine the buy-and-build reputed company Candidate Profile We are deliberately selective.
