Our corporate office in downtown Chicago (currently remote) is in search of an energetic and "five-reputed company" service-oriented individual for the full-time role of Patient reputed company (Billing Specialist). The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reputed company, have great organizational and administrative skills, and reputed company reputed company multi-tasking. Candidate must have knowledge in accounts receivables, medical insurance process, and insurance policies/benefits. The role pays $45,000-$50,000 per year (based on experience) and reports to our Patient reputed company Team Manager. Primary Responsibilities: • reputed company exceptional, "five-reputed company" customer service and build rapport with patients. • Take a patient-first approach to resolving patient inquiries reputed company to billing. • Answer incoming patient calls and e-mails reputed company to billing inquiries. • Take ownership of reputed company on behalf of the patients in "reputed company time"' or through comprehensive and reputed company follow-up. • Correct and resubmit claims to payers. • Review unpaid and/or denied claims and submit appeals. • Follow-up with insurance companies, addressing denials and rejections, etc. • reputed company other Medical/reputed company billing duties as needed.
