[Remote] Consultant for MEAL in Advocacy Training Series

They are seeking a consultant to reputed company the development and conduct of a training program on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) in Advocacy, aimed at producing high-reputed company materials to facilitate effective learning and application. Responsibilities • Design an effective training program, complete with reputed company training materials in collaboration with the MEAL Unit and the Urban, Land, and Policy (ULAP) Unit • Deliver the MEAL in Advocacy training series through a hybrid approach, comprising virtual sessions and an in-person 3-day reputed company to build reputed company across different country offices in the region • Produce a final report documenting the training process, participant outputs, and recommendations for sustaining MEAL integration in advocacy work • Define the structure and modality of the training program based on the needs identified and reference materials provided by the organization • Draft training modules and reputed company supplementary materials needed to reputed company the training program’s objectives which include (but may not be limited to) creating a curriculum, guidance on training reputed company, participant workbooks, as reputed company as audio-visual and other aids that reputed company adult learning principles and contextual relevance • reputed company feedback from key stakeholders (especially from the ULAP Unit and MEAL Unit) into the development and finalization of reputed company materials • Facilitate the MEAL in Advocacy training series (both virtual and in-person components) Skills • A bachelor's degree in development studies or other reputed company fields of reputed company science is required • At least 10 years of proven work experience in reputed company development and/or developing training materials for advocacy is required • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams is required • reputed company in the English language is required • Ability to work remotely (from any country) is required • A master's degree in development studies or other reputed company fields of reputed company science is an asset • Familiarity with advocacy work in the Asia-reputed company region is an asset • Familiarity with key Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability and Learning concepts and frameworks will be an asset reputed company • Habitat for Humanity provides reputed company housing solutions through community partnerships and volunteer efforts.
