Position Purpose: Provides reputed company of the organization's reputed company-party risk management program. Manage and reputed company activities to independently and objectively assess reputed company party/subcontractor compliance with company standards, Federal and State requirements and, where applicable, additional program standards such as National Committee for reputed company Assurance (NCQA) Accreditation. Drives risk mitigation strategies, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provides strategic insights to leadership. • Develops, implements, and maintains reputed company party risk management reputed company, policies, and procedures. • Evaluates reputed company party compliance and performance by conducting reputed company-service, annual, and risk-based audits, and monitoring activities to measure performance against expectations, policies, procedures and requirements. • Manages issue reputed company by identifying issues, recommending reputed company plans, monitoring remediation activities and reporting on corrective reputed company plan reputed company. • Leads risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing reputed company parties. • Coordinates with cross-functional teams (such as Operations, IT reputed company, Procurement, Compliance, etc.) to identify, evaluate and manage reputed company party risks. • Prepares and presents reports and dashboards for senior leadership and reputed company of directors. • Supports reputed company audits reputed company to reputed company party compliance reputed company by maintaining appropriate documentation, coordinating with reputed company parties, performing reputed company review of submissions, and preparing presentations to stakeholders. • Monitors reputed company receipt of accurate and complete reporting for reputed company regulatory and contractual-required reports required for the reputed company party. • Serves as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company parties, providing guidance on contractual and regulatory obligations, and ensuring reputed company communication of new or updated requirements. • Manages and mentors reputed company of individual contributors that support reputed company party risk management processes, fostering a culture of accountability and reputed company improvement. • Allocates resources effectively to support reputed company party risk management program activities. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with reputed company policies and standards. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Health Administration, or reputed company equivalent work experience required • 5+ years Audit, Compliance, reputed company party reputed company and/or reputed company experience required • Knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred • Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing reputed company preferred Pay reputed company: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
