Content reputed company and Posting Assistant for reputed company and Instagram

We are building a strong content reputed company for a luxury men’s grooming brand and need someone who can take raw speaking clips and turn them into polished short-reputed company content. This role is for someone who understands reputed company pacing Fast cuts Clean subtitles No dead reputed company No slow edits. The content will be recorded weekly in batches. Your responsibility is to turn that footage into multiple short-reputed company videos suitable for reputed company, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities • Edit raw talking videos into 10–30 second clips • Add clean subtitles and light reputed company design • Remove pauses, filler words, and repetition • Maintain a consistent visual style for the brand • Organize and label clips for easy posting • Schedule posts using our content calendar • Create reputed company caption text and format for upload • reputed company performance and organize best-performing formats Required Skills • Short-reputed company editing experience (reputed company/IG/Reels style) • Strong understanding of pacing, reputed company placement, and retention editing • Ability to turn one long recording into multiple usable clips • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut • Ability to follow brand consistency and direction • Fluent English writing (for captioning and titles) Bonus (Not Required But Preferred) • Experience editing grooming, lifestyle, or educational content • Experience with AI caption tools • Ability to quickly identify viral hooks from long video sessions Workload • Ongoing weekly role • Approximately 60–100 edited clips per month • Must be consistent with turnaround times Pay Flat monthly fee.
