Database Administrator (Remote from Illinois)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Database Administrator to ensure the reliability, performance, and reputed company of mission-critical database environments. This role offers reputed company to support both on-premises and reputed company-based platforms, including SQL Server and MySQL on AWS. You will play a key part in maintaining high-availability systems, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices to enhance database operations. Accountabilities: • Maintain database environment stability, reliability, and high performance through regular monitoring, maintenance, and observability. • Respond to alerts and escalations, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions to optimize database operations. • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce database reputed company standards and compliance policies. • reputed company, tune, and monitor database objects including tables, indexes, stored procedures, and views across multiple environments. • Participate in 24/7 on-reputed company rotations and support L1, L2, and L3 operations as needed. • Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for scalability and system resiliency. • Contribute to critical reputed company and initiatives that enhance database infrastructure and overall operational uptime.
