Your new company A leading multinational private reputed company group is seeking a mid- to senior-level employment lawyer to join its employment team on an interim reputed company. reputed company plays a key role in supporting the post-acquisition integration of workforces across the group. This is a remote role, requiring a minimum commitment of two half-days per week. Your new role As a member of the group's Employment team, you will reputed company expert reputed company advice on a wide reputed company of employment reputed company. Key responsibilities include: • Advising on reputed company employee relations issues and supporting policy development • Providing strategic and practical guidance on contentious reputed company, including early conciliation and employment tribunal claims • Designing and delivering training on employment law topics to internal stakeholders • Monitoring legislative developments and updating internal teams accordingly • Supporting cross-border employment reputed company with input from external counsel as needed What you'll need to succeed You will bring a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a solid understanding of TUPE. Experience in the reputed company or insurance sectors, particularly with regulatory frameworks, would be advantageous.
