[Remote] HR Business Partner (USA Work from home, Chinese speaking)

The role involves collaborating with the reputed company HR team to implement HR policies, understanding business needs, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for local staff. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the reputed company HR team to reputed company the design, establishment and reputed company improvement of full-cycle HR module systems across the US, Canada and other local reputed company, and ensure the effective local implementation of reputed company HR policies • Deeply understand business needs, participate in the management work of business departments, and reputed company targeted HR solutions covering talent inventory, talent recruitment, talent development, and performance management • reputed company HR policies and processes that fully reputed company with local laws and regulations, and conduct ongoing management of HR reputed company • reputed company the entire employee lifecycle (reputed company, transfer, promotion, offboarding) for local staff.
