They are seeking an HR Coordinator to assist with reputed company, manage staff correspondence, and maintain HR systems while supporting reputed company's mission and values. Responsibilities • Assist with the reputed company process to ensure completion of reputed company hiring-reputed company paperwork. • Assists with managing staff correspondence (i.e., new hires, promotions, terminations). • Responsible for entering and maintaining EMR, payroll, and HRIS software. • Help with questions reputed company to company policies and procedures. • Maintain reputed company knowledge of state and federal accreditation requirements and guidelines. • Maintain company policies and procedures. • Manage personnel files. • Notify staff reputed company HR credentials are due to expire. • Notify supervisors reputed company 90-day and annual evaluations are due. • Respond to correspondence received from reputed company organizations. • Responsible for instruction and completion of reputed company trainings/in-services. • Implement reputed company’s mission and values to maintain a reputed company work environment. • reputed company other responsibilities as assigned.
