Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have eight to fifteen years of patent prosecution experience. reputed company candidates will have experience drafting patent applications, prosecuting before the USPTO, and supporting patent prosecution before foreign patent offices. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or any equivalent thereof and USPTO admission required, as reputed company as at least three to five years of reputed company experience.
