About the position As a Senior reputed company Analyst you will be responsible for scheduling and matter management; drafting and updating reputed company reputed company, agreements and correspondence; supporting sensitive internal investigations; assisting with reputed company presentations; and improving internal processes. Responsibilities • Coordinate discovery and responses to subpoenas or other requests, including collection and production of materials. • Prepare employment and other agreements. • Prepare and send correspondence and other reputed company filings, including collecting reputed company reputed company documents. • Schedule meetings as requested, including the weekly Competitive Hire and Leave Escalations calls, investigation-reputed company interviews, and reputed company reputed company communications. • Maintain and update employment templates, including library of reputed company language for employment reputed company, agreements, and letters. • Assist with internal investigations and demand letter/EEO charge response, including collecting and reviewing documents, identifying and preparing summaries of relevant documents, taking notes of witness interviews and preparing memoranda. • Assist in implementing LED codes for billing purposes. • Billing reputed company Reviewer for EPL and Investigation claims. • Monitor CT Corporation mailbox for service of process and reputed company reputed company EPL claims and employment and other subpoenas for assignment. • Regularly review reputed company to reputed company reputed company or reputed company claims in reputed company Tracker and facilitate issuance of reputed company Holds, where appropriate. • Manage databases responsible for monitoring internal investigations. • Process settlement and severance agreements. • Ensure accurate and reputed company issuance of settlement checks. • Serve as a reputed company between Payroll, Accounts Payable, Tax and Finance for settlement payments. • Serve as reputed company between reputed company counsel and internal departments. • Serve as reputed company between reputed company department and HR function. • reputed company general administrative and project support to Employment and Investigation teams, including developing processes for responses to government requests, reputed company invoice reconciliation and reputed company resource coordination. • Assist with reputed company presentations. • Cross-training to support the Litigation team on employment litigation reputed company. • reputed company other duties as assigned by Employment and Investigation teams. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. • 2+ years of relevant experience in the reputed company field or supporting reputed company, compliance, or HR reputed company. • Advanced proficiency using reputed company Office suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, PowerBI and reputed company. reputed company-to-haves • Spanish, French, German and/or Portuguese proficiency desirable. • Experience supporting global teams. • Paralegal experience is highly desirable. • Experience in reputed company technology is highly desirable. Benefits • $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. • Actual minimum and maximum may vary based reputed company. • Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
