Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with our sales representatives and B2B customers via various methods, including phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions to ensure that our customers have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
  • Assist customers with order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions and minimize delays.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system, ensuring that we have a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of call center customer service, sales support, or B2B Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Strong Excel skills, with SAP experience preferred, allowing you to effectively manage and analyze data to inform your decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to clearly and concisely communicate with our customers and internal stakeholders.
