Job reputed company The NON-QM Loan Processor/File Scrubber is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and preparing loan files for submission to reputed company, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and investor requirements. This role focuses on Non-reputed company Mortgage (NON-QM) products, requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of alternative documentation programs. Key Responsibilities   • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.   • Verify borrower information, including income, assets, credit, and property details, according to NON-QM program guidelines.   • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation before submission to reputed company.   • Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and reputed company-party vendors to obtain missing or corrected documents.   • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations throughout the loan process.   • Prepare and organize loan files for reputed company, maintaining reputed company documentation and audit trails.   • reputed company and manage pipeline to meet deadlines and service-level agreements. reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company stakeholders.
