Expected Duration: 08+ Months Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Pay Range: $90.00/hr-$95/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Summary: Job Responsibilities: * Accomplishes marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. * Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. * Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. * Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. * Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. * Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends. * Accomplishes marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to keep information organised and confidential. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism. Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Developing and executing seasonal campaigns to drive business growth and revenue Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective collaboration Overseeing limited-time initiatives that require strategic planning and creative problem-solving In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, this resource can expect to: Collaborate with the Devices PMM team to develop and implement marketing strategies Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills Product Launch Expertise: Proven ability to launch new devices and drive sales growth. Experience working for Physical Electronic Product Consumer Marketing Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at analyzing market trends and sales data to inform marketing strategies. Working across a portfolio of products Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.
