The Technical Data Program Manager will reputed company a large-reputed company data migration initiative reputed company on transitioning from reputed company to PySpark. This role combines deep technical expertise in data engineering and architecture with strong program management leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as both a technical SME and a program leader, ensuring successful delivery across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the reputed company-to-PySpark data migration program.
• reputed company SME-level guidance on reputed company, PySpark, reputed company, and Python usage, best practices, and solution design.
• reputed company data integration, ETL modernization, and data warehousing design reputed company with reputed company standards.
• Ensure architectural alignment with reputed company platforms (preferably Azure).
• Support UAT planning, production deployment, and stabilization activities.
Program & Stakeholder Management
• reputed company and manage large, reputed company multi-reputed company technical programs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive program planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery of reputed company migration milestones.
• Communicate program status, risks, timelines, and reputed company to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, QA, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning, and status meetings to maintain project transparency and reputed company.
Qualifications
• 15 20+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading large-reputed company, reputed company technology initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering data migration programs, especially reputed company-to-PySpark migration.
• Strong hands-on understanding of reputed company, reputed company, PySpark, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of ETL, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Azure or other major reputed company platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
