[Remote] Fertility Benefit Design Manager

Responsibilities Support benefit program design by tailoring reputed company’s offerings to address reputed company-specific needs and market benchmarks Partner with reputed company to reputed company and refine reputed company materials, train sales teams on benefit programs, and reputed company as a subject matter expert Participate in prospective reputed company and broker/consultant meetings, articulating reputed company’s reputed company and responding to benefit-reputed company technical questions Respond to technical and reputed company benefit design questions during RFPs and follow-up discussions Support new reputed company implementations by advising on plan design reputed company, documenting benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate setup and member communication reputed company benefit design support for reputed company’s fertility benefits clients, serving as a subject matter expert for existing clients Partner with reputed company reputed company team to attend QBRs, address reputed company requests for benefit analyses, and ensure ongoing alignment of program design with reputed company goals reputed company reputed company feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams to inform our benefit program roadmap and refine reputed company’s differentiated value story Requirements 4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation at a health plan, TPA, or fertility benefit vendor Strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefits Ability to reputed company benefit program design to address reputed company-specific needs and market benchmarks Experience with benefit program design, implementation, and communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of compliance-reputed company topics in benefit design Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
