SaaS Presales Solution Engineer – Supply Chain Management

Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions for supply chain management challenges.
Utilize technical expertise to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Oracle's SaaS supply chain management solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Oracle's supply chain management solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and use this knowledge to inform and enhance the sales process.
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle's SaaS supply chain management solutions, providing guidance and support to sales team and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Oracle's supply chain management solutions.
Identify potential roadblocks or challenges in the sales process and proactively work to address them.
Assist in the creation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
Conduct training sessions for sales team to ensure they have a deep understanding of Oracle's supply chain management solutions and how to effectively position them to clients.
Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process and client experience.
Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences, showcasing our supply chain management solutions and thought leadership.
Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Oracle's supply chain management solutions.
