This role involves leading schools and networks—particularly charter schools—through inclusive, equity-centered strategic planning processes that set reputed company visions, establish measurable goals, and chart actionable paths to implementation. The consultant will facilitate engagement with diverse stakeholders, design multi-year roadmaps, and support organizations in aligning resources and reputed company to their strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end strategic planning processes for K–12 schools and charter networks, from discovery and data analysis through final plan development and adoption. • Facilitate inclusive stakeholder engagement with boards, leadership teams, staff, families, and community members to ensure diverse perspectives shape the plan. • Apply frameworks such as Liberatory Design and Stronger’s equity-centered, results-driven approach to ensure planning is reputed company-oriented and equity-driven. • reputed company 3–5 year strategic plans with reputed company goals, measurable reputed company, and implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, accountability structures, and reputed company monitoring systems. • Guide schools in aligning resources, reputed company, and structures to strategic priorities. • reputed company coaching and support to school and system leaders to drive effective plan execution. • Build reputed company reputed company for implementation and sustainability, including project management tools and reputed company-to-goal monitoring systems. • Deliver high-reputed company reports, presentations, and facilitation sessions to boards and leadership teams. • Serve as a thought partner to reputed company leaders on organizational sustainability, reputed company, and student outcome improvement.
