You'll work closely with our customer success team and other stakeholders to understand our customers' needs and preferences, and use that information to inform our product roadmap and business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and develop an item strategy for the InHome customer experience * Assemble the item guide * Collaborate with internal partners to push the envelope on making the best customer experience * Analyze the outcome of elements through data and key metrics and have the ability to convey wins and opportunity areas to leadership successfully * Define item KPIs and adjust the item to keep meeting KPIs * Lead customer research and translate their needs into requirements and business impact * Act as a friendly, supportive asset and advocate for customers and their concerns * Launch new features on time and with a high level of quality, including testing and QA **What You'll Need** * 5+ years of experience as an item manager, with a degree in software engineering, design, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience * Specialty in item planning for customer experience; ideation to launch * Experience driving item vision and go-to-market strategies * Passionate about emerging technologies **You Will Knock Us Off Our Feet If** * You can create and present key experiences that step up into business processes, objectives, and valuable opportunities * Experience working in a agile and lean environment * Experience with last mile item management * You have earlier startup, incubator experience, adjusting technical and business limitations **Benefits and Advantages** * Competitive salary * Bonus opportunities for performance * 401(k) match * Stock buy plan * Paid maternity and parental leave * PTO * Various health plans * And many more! **About arenaflex** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Business - By Design.
