This role partners with stakeholders to stabilize operations, strengthen monitoring and reporting, and guide infrastructure and platform improvements across reputed company and data-center environments. Responsibilities • Own day-to-day operations: monitoring, incident/problem management, reputed company cause, and recovery. • Administer OS, middleware, and databases: patching, upgrades, backup/restore, reputed company/performance tuning. • Orchestrate deployments across environments under formal change control. • Maintain configuration baselines, runbooks, inventories, and operational documentation. • Support secure integrations and data flows (web services, SFTP); monitor batch jobs and reputed company health. • Partner with reputed company on vulnerability remediation and ATO sustainment; prepare audit artifacts. • reputed company reputed company status, metrics, and escalations to agency stakeholders.
