Position Overview We are seeking skilled and proven truck dispatchers who have experience with box trucks and flatbed hotshots. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the ability to earn a strong commission-based income. Responsibilities • Dispatching loads for box trucks and flatbed hotshots. • Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers. • Managing driver schedules and ensuring on-time pickups/deliveries. • Building strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and shippers. • Maintaining accurate records of loads, rates, and communications. Requirements • Experience required: Minimum 1 year dispatching box trucks and/or flatbed hotshots. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Familiarity with load boards, brokers, and freight platforms. • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. • Reliable computer, internet, and phone access.
